Associates and/or the Silicon Valley Association of General
Counsel (collectively, "Provider") and all content, information
and software provided on and through the Web Site ("Content")
may be used solely under the following terms and conditions
("Terms").
License. Users of this Site are granted a nonexclusive,
nontransferable, revocable, limited license to access and use
the Site and Content in accordance with these Terms. Provider
may terminate this license at any time for any reason. Except
as expressly provided, nothing contained herein shall be

estoppel or otherwise, under copyright or other intellectual
property rights.
Limitations on Use. The Site and Content are for personal
use only and not for commercial exploitation. Users may not

discontinued if requested by Provider. For links to a section
within the Site, forward a request to Provider at
SVAGC.support@ivyassociates.com and Provider will then
indicate as to whether permission is granted, and if so on what
terms and conditions.
Errors and Corrections. Provider does not represent or
warrant that the Site will be error-free, free of viruses or
other harmful components, or that defects will be corrected.
Provider does not warrant or represent that the information
available on or through the Web Site will be correct, accurate,
timely, or otherwise reliable. Provider may make changes to
Site features, functionality or Content at any time.
Third Party Content. Third party content (including
advertisers and sponsors) may appear on this Web Site or may be
accessible via links from this Site. Provider is not
responsible for and assumes no liability for any error,
misstatements of law, defamation, slander, libel, omissions,
falsehood, obscenity, pornography or profanity in the
statements, opinions, representations or any other form of
content contained in any third party content appearing on the
Site. Information and opinions in the third party content is
neither endorsed by nor necessarily reflective of the beliefs
of Provider.
Unlawful Activity. Provider reserves the right to
investigate complaints or reported violations of the Terms and
to take any action deemed appropriate including but not limited
to reporting any suspected unlawful activity to law enforcement
officials or other third parties and disclosing any information
necessary or appropriate to such persons or entities relating
to user profiles, e-mail addresses, usage history, posted
materials, IP addresses and traffic information.
Remedies. Provider reserves the right to seek all remedies
available at law and in equity for violations of these Terms,
including but not limited to the right to block access from a
particular Internet address to the Provider's Web sites and
their features.
Governing Law. This Site can be accessed from all states and
countries around the world, with differing laws and
regulations; accordingly, the Provider and User agree that
California law, without regard to conflicts of laws principles
thereof, will apply to all matters relating to use of this
Site, and that disputes will be submitted to the exclusive
personal jurisdiction and venue of the Superior Court of Santa
Clara County and the United States District Court for the
Northern District of California.
Severability. These Terms incorporate by reference any
notices contained on the Site, including the Disclaimer and the
Privacy Policy, which together constitute the entire agreement
with respect to access to and use of the Site. If any provision
of these Terms is unlawful, void or unenforceable then that
provision shall be deemed severable from the remaining
provisions and shall not affect their validity and
enforceability.
Modifications. Provider reserves the right to change these
Terms at any time. Updated versions of the Terms that appear on
this Site will be effective immediately. The user is
responsible for regularly reviewing the Terms. Continued use of
the Site after any such changes constitutes user consent to
