Each year hundreds of in-house counsel from technology and life science companies gather together for a full-day MCLE conference and banquet luncheon, where individual experts and panel discussions provide timely updates in areas of the law critical to in-house practice in sectors heavily dependent on intellectual property.

This all-day MCLE conference is open to general and staff legal counsel and to other in-house executives, professionals and paraprofessionals (e.g., licensing executives, HR professionals, contracts managers, paralegals).  For this reason, it has been dubbed the "All Hands Meeting" -- often entire legal departments attend as a group.
